I've Worked at United Health Services for 31 years. I worked in all department in the Lab. Phlebotomy, Processing and Registration of patients. For 10 years I worked drawing blood from patient at Wilson Hospital. Then for the next 20 years I was the Team lead for the Wilson Phlebotomy Department. I coordinated a schedule for 18 to 20 staff members, helped hire new employees, handed out corrective action to employee when needed, and did yearly evaluations for those employees. For the last year I worked as a float Phlebotomist and travel to all UHSH locations to draw blood and process specimens.
