  • Managed Peer work for the DHS SOR3 Grant, supervised 3 Certified Peer Specialist staff members supporting individuals in the Dane County Jail, participants in the Jail Diversion Program, Treatment Court, and those transitioning from incarceration.
  • Managed and monitored the GPRA initiative for our Opioid SUD Peer support services, ensuring accurate data outcomes
  • Enhanced service evaluation through the implementation of the GPRA process in order to assess service effectiveness at multiple time points: initiation, completion, and 4-6 months post-completion. Resulted in valuable feedback for SAMHSA.
  • Supported and assisted with grant writing, resource development, program development, curriculum development, group development as well as recovery and wellness planning for participants and staff.
  • Trained staff and partners on recovery from mental health, substance use, harm reduction, trauma, and evidence-based best practices for justice-impacted individuals.

  • Conducted assessments to determine appropriate diagnoses for individuals presenting with SUD and potential MH concerns. Collaborated closely with clients in creating strength-based, person-centered treatment plans.

  • Successfully pioneered the inclusion of individuals with Criminal Justice experience in working with FBOP clients at RVCP.
