- Managed Peer work for the DHS SOR3 Grant, supervised 3 Certified Peer Specialist staff members supporting individuals in the Dane County Jail, participants in the Jail Diversion Program, Treatment Court, and those transitioning from incarceration.
- Managed and monitored the GPRA initiative for our Opioid SUD Peer support services, ensuring accurate data outcomes
- Enhanced service evaluation through the implementation of the GPRA process in order to assess service effectiveness at multiple time points: initiation, completion, and 4-6 months post-completion. Resulted in valuable feedback for SAMHSA.
