Hires and trains providers for clients. Assures that Clients understand services they are getting and number of hours they are entitled to. Assesses clients' health status during supervisory visits and reports to the Case Manager/Social Worker any changes needed in Client's Service Plan or any need for increase/decrease in hours. Recognizes emergencies and notifies Case Manager and/or client's family member of any emergency situation pertaining to client or providers in a timely manner. Checks and confirms provider's work hours through MEDSYS.
