As a Customer Service Lead professional, I model and deliver great customer service as well as work with clients to help them find the best product (loan) for their needs. I assist in the issuance of funds as well as accepting and properly crediting repayment of their loans.

As Front-End specialist I have many responsibilities that contribute to our store operations. Here are a few, but not limited to:

• Modeling and delivering great customer service everyday.
• Oversee all cash controls, handling, and reporting requirements for the store. Balancing and reconciling the cash office.
• Develop and train all cash office personnel on opening and closing cash office procedures and accountability requirements.
• Handle scheduling responsibilities for front-end operations to ensure efficient service levels for customer service and completion of daily tasks.
• Identify and report discrepancies, as well as maintaining accurate retention of weekly files.
