Designed, Planned and Managed the creation and development of the Partner Self-Assessment Application (PSA);

• Worked directly with Bain Partner group, Human Resources and Finance teams to define scope and process to update Partner Self-Assessment application used during annual compensation and review process.

Managed the development and roll out of Bain Applicant tracking system (BATS);

• Worked with recruiting team to define scope, workflow and process to design BATS system.
