Lead in to ensure the system of care is trauma-informed and integrates specialty behavioral health services.

Convene partners and multidisciplinary team meetings interagency meetings to address placement and residential services, improve process and program services deliverables.

Lead for resolving case-specific issues involving high-acuity needs; coordinate post discharge care and integrating evidence based behavioral care practices.

• Serving as the Department’s focal point within the Circuit to develop and maintain community partnerships with key community stakeholders, faith-based organizations, private sector businesses and funders, including in-kind donors and volunteer services, including city and county government.
• Promote traditional and non-traditional partnership approaches designed to integrate services and braid funding sources to maximize service resources and service impact within the community.
• Works in partnership with regional programs and operations to plan, direct, and coordinate projects, work assignments and services to ensure effective delivery of services to clients.

• Provides quality customer services and manages Circuit 12 tracker system and complaints. Facilitates lockout calls and interagency meetings; attends community meetings and events; fosters community transparency; develops community and legislative relations; and inspires and strengthens community and interagency collaboration. Plans and organize community events. Manages Manatee County Sheriff’s Grant.

• Foster and promote ACCESS Community Partnership Network, recruited new community partners, educated community on ACCESS Program Policies and Guidelines, provided training to large groups, chaired several project and workgroup collaborations concerning Improving Customer Experiences in ACCESS. Trained Leadership Styles for SCR Leadership Academy Class. Coordinated “Miles for Smiles” camp for foster children in Hillsborough County.

• Managed clerical staff in C13, monitored quality assurance and customer service, co-managed project to develop and implement the Teleworking Guide for new teleworkers and their supervisors, fostered new leadership direction and team building organizational culture, encouraged creativity, individuality, transparency and quality. Won Florida Davis Productivity Award for “Innovation, Enhancing Productivity and Teamwork” for the Teleworking Project.
