In both of my jobs, I was considered to be highly responsive, cooperative, and energetic. My customer service and co-worker relations helped me receive a promotion in less than a year at McDonald's. By maintaining proffessional relations, reporting inappropriate behaviours towards my fellow coworkers, and by being a helpful worker, I was able to leave with all work relations in tact. Worker safety, health, and happiness was my priority above customer satisfaction, seeing that without a properly motivated and safe crew, customer service rapidly decreases, which was a mind-set greatly appreciated by my managers and co-workers.
