• Awarded 1st "CEO's Choice Award" for President's Club 2019 for outstanding accomplishments in recruiting.
• Sought out, recruited and hired most VPs, Directors and Managers using Linkedin, referrals and occasionally agencies and Sourcers to meet hiring goals.
• Filled over one position each week for four consecutive years
• Spearheaded strong partnerships with Hiring Managers to streamline the process and develop profiles of individuals who excel in high demand positions.
• Developed and managed recruitment process, trained new Hiring Managers and was solely responsible for filling most requisitions throughout tenure.
• Carried heavy requisition load across various locations/time zones/currencies resulting in 250+ personal hires.
• Developed compensation packages for new hires based on ranges, internal equity, market conditions and candidate hot buttons validated throughout process.
• Honed strong Jobvite skills and familiar with Taleo and Brassring. Able to pick up other ATS easily.

• Responsible for all Sales, Systems Engineering, Inside Sales Representatives, Customer Success and Executive Sales hires for most of first year of employment.
• Hired and trained a Senior Sales Recruiter and Sourcer to help support needs.
• Supported new EVP of World Wide Sales on hiring all of his new VP’s and supporting new Strategic Alliances group hiring eight VP’s/Directors in three months.
• Improved processes and procedures, expediting tasks and ways to decrease time to offer and pending start dates.

• Carried heavy requisition load across various locations/time zones/currencies resulting in 192 personal hires.
• Filled 23 critical Sales positions in Q4-FY15 resulting in personal acknowledgment by CEO and 1,000 RSU grant leading our team to surpass fiscal year headcount goal.
• Received the “Best Support from Corporate” award in 2015 for supporting all sales hires in Asia from the VP of APAC.
• Facilitated weekly meeting with Vice Presidents of Sales to update status of all sales openings.

• Sourced, screened and interviewed domestic and international candidates to uncover potential passive professionals that surpassed clients' expectations.
• Researched companies' cultures to present candidates that would excel and be able to ramp up quickly.
• Engaged professionally with Hiring Managers to get a clear picture of where they were and where they would like to go in their talent acquisition endeavors.

• Created strategic business plan for program which successfully partnered Amgen and Impact Group.
• Implemented, established and facilitated on-site Spouse/Partner Career Assistance Program at world's largest biotechnology company.
• Mentored by Founder/CEO of a woman-owned company, resulting in being promoted to the executive track
• Marketed recipients, program, Amgen and Impact Group to Southern California companies growing relationships to over 400 contacts.
• Expanded and enriched Career Assistance Program to add on-site Career Coach and administration support and recruited and hired counterpart for South San Francisco location.
