addressing inquiries related to Medicare and Health Insurance. The role involved assisting individuals
with understanding and selecting appropriate health insurance coverage, including Medicare Advantage,
Medicare Supplement, Prescription Drug Plan, and other ancillary plans. Operating in a dynamic and
fast-paced environment, I thrived on problem-solving, collaboration, and delivering exceptional

Responsible for providing customers with excellent service. Open and close store when required, follow
cash control policies and procedures. Stock and rotate products including coolers and freezers. Receive
inventory and control shrinkage. Perform planogram allocation and maintaining a clean environment.
