In August 2023, I founded 603 Flag Designs LLC, embarking on a journey driven by my passion for creativity and independence. Determined to break free from the ups and downs of corporate regulations, I took a leap of faith to pursue my true calling. As the sole proprietor of my business, I oversee all aspects of operations, including marketing, time management, product inventory, and production. Through meticulous attention to detail and unwavering dedication, I have successfully created a thriving business that allows me to pursue my craft wholeheartedly. I believe my background in customer service has enhanced my reputation by consistently delivering exceptional service quality to customers.

During my time at Port City Air, I held a leadership role on the ramp, overseeing the transportation of military personnel to and from aircraft and base facilities. This involved collecting pertinent flight information, ensuring provision of necessary items, and facilitating smooth transitions for military aircraft upon arrival and departure. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in greeting and escorting military craft upon landing, demonstrating exceptional communication and organizational skills. Moreover, I contributed to the efficient operation of civilian flights by occasionally assisting with restocking as required.

I effectively managed daily routines to ensure a consistent schedule for students. Employing positive behavior strategies, I cultivated social interactions and emotional growth among students. I designed activities to actively engage children in the learning process, promoting a dynamic and stimulating educational environment. Collaborating with lead teachers, I contributed to curriculum and tailored instructional materials to accommodate each students needs. I provided a variety of activities aimed at stimulating physical, social, and intellectual development dependent on age. Additionally, I diligently sanitized dishes, tabletops, toys, and high-touch surfaces to maintain a hygienic environment and prevent the spread of germs.
