  • I was promoted to operations manager, dealing with HR, Payroll, procurement, sales pricing, operations, fleet management as well as diesel mechanic duties Transitioning into General Manager position, where essentially all decisions and hiring was up to me. I then picked up the role of acting CEO for the last 5 years. I had the know how and understanding of how to get a small business through one of the United States worst economic depressions. I was able to continue to keep every employee working during COVID times and still maintain budget to administer bonuses and raises.
