Pack, label and organize orders according to company standards.

• Greet customers when entering or leaving the resort.
• Responsible for presenting the menu to customers, answer any questions and make any suggestions about food and service.
• Relay orders to the kitchen and inspect orders to ensure the customer receives what they ordered.
• Manage customer transactions by collecting payments whether in cash or credit, issue receipts, refunds, changes, and tickets.
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information.

• Welcome guests by greeting, answering questions, and responding to their requests.
• Communicate with the guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Handle transactions while interacting in a positive, friendly, and efficient manner with guests.
• Responsible for taking food and beverages orders and serving it to the guest.
• Transmit orders to the kitchen by recording the guest requests and special needs.
