• Worked quickly and efficiently (alone and with others) to upkeep the restaurant and meet the needs of all customers to the best of my ability
• Kept close eye on customers to quickly spot leaving guests and clear tables for future and/or waiting customers.
• Transported dirty utensils, dishes and trays to kitchen to help team stay on top of cleaning.
• Collected trash and dishes and wiped up spills to maintain fresh and clean customer areas.
• Helped servers and takeout in any way possible when available.
• Kept the bathrooms clean and stocked throughout my shift

• Volunteered at the Humane Society and followed all instructions in order to complete all needed tasks
• Participated in catering at multiple school events
• volunteered and participated at an organization called Keiki O Ka'aina which teaches Hawaiian culture.

Responsibilities as a Server

• Welcome guests with the most friendly "aloha" attitude
• Bring those in section their welcome mai tais as well as anything else they would like to drink
• Buss appetizer and main course meal plates, mugs and glasses when finished
• Teach hula lessons
• Dance in our Polynesian show
• Clean the room post sail

Responsibilities as a Dancer

• Welcome guests and dance while guests are boarding
• Sell leis
• Dance choreographed numbers in up to three shows a night
