On a daily basis I scheduled appointments, check patients in/out, referrals, collected copays/ coinsurance, scanned EOBs, medical record request, labs, and verified insurance.

Assisted patients by monitoring vitals and reporting any changes, documented patient information, collected labs, assisted with bed changes and kept patient educated on any changes in condition under the direct supervision of the RN

Administrated injections, vitals, ultrasound of the penis, charted patient information, scheduled appts., collected payments, and made sure supplies was always stocked daily.

Assist w/ mentally challenged needs, supervised clients visit when it was a special case, one on one w/ blind and autistic clients and assisted w/ bath and light meals

One on one w/ patients drug addiction and depression, observed patient w/ behavioral problems in hourly increments, check vitals, collect labs and maintained proper documentation
