I've always had the ability to connect and relate to people on many levels, I also have great communication and problem solving skills that benefit me along the way. Keeping a positive attitude and creating an optimistic environment have helped build my customer service skills over they years. I'm always willing to learn and help teach others so everything can go smoothly in all aspects.
When I first came to Huntington I was apart of the customer solutions center helping customers with their personal checking and savings accounts. After a few months I ended up moving on to the credit card department where I’m currently a credit card specialist. I do credit card maintenance such as making payments for customers, disputing unauthorized charges and answering any questions they may have regarding their account after properly verifying them. I’ve had the best time and my experience is has been so pleasant. My coworkers and leadership are so encouraging and supportive, they make it fun to be at work even through the more challenging moments but we get through it as a team.
I checked in guests, in and out of rooms, made reservations via phone and in person, and fulfilled the needs of guests.
I started as a guest host on The Get Down Or Lay Down radio show, produced by The Streetz Radio in Southfield, in the late summer of 2021. I eventually became a permanent part of the team.
I fulfilled customers requests with getting either gas or electrical service to their home or business via phone or email. I made outbound calls and took incoming calls. I would fill out the report and sent it to the person responsible for that job. Unfortunately, I was laid off due to the Coronavirus Pandemic.
I joined The Dwalk Show as their new cohost in the early spring of 2021. It was a Detroit-based station at WNUC 96.7FM, and we aired the show in downtown Flint at The Ferris Wheel Building. We interviewed new and up-and-coming artists and closing brands from the Midwest. We moved on to produce events, such as a mixer, where business owners and entrepreneurs from all over Michigan came to showcase their products and network, as well as a family fun day with vendors, music, and activities for everybody to enjoy.
I am currently one of the co-hosts of The All Purpose Podcast, which was started in March of 2024. We interview artists, comedians, authors, poets, and producers, as well as discuss current events in world news and pop culture. We also coordinate and produce events, where we all take part in the production behind the scenes, and I serve as the host.
I was in theater in high school and participated in many plays, I was also the secretary and treasurer of the drama club for 2 years. Now I'm very involved in the community with my charity work and also the Flint fashion industry. I am a model coach and coordinator in the works of starting my own modeling and mentoring company. I help train and coordinate models for fashion shows and other events, I also sort out paperwork for sponsors and other important things needed for the event to go accordingly. In July of 2022 I planned and coordinated my own event at the U Of M’s Riverfront Banquet Center in Downtown Flint where I had a festival themed variety show. Many local Flint artists came out to perform and it was a great turnout for my first event to kickstart start my own event planning company. Im also an event host where I host red carpet events, showcases, comedy shows and fashion shows. I hosted an awards show in Pontiac and the red carpet portion of the FliCity Awards in 2023 where I also had the opportunity to present a few awards during the show. Ive hosted a number of podcasts and radio shows such as The DWalk Show and The All Purpose Podcast where I currently serve as the co-host and co-producer.
