- CHS hadn't started on Bull Exit yet, I compiled transactions and organized teams to exit the Bull for CHS in the 18 months they were given.
NextGen Consumer Home Services 2005 -2007 (remote)
- Ran the project to refresh the technicians laptops, update the messaging protocol and implement Afaria for updating the technician's laptop.
- I learned a great deal about a day in the life of a technician and changed some of the processes to better suite their world.
Industrial Siebel implementation 2007 -2008 (remote)
- The implementation had been flailing for 2 years. I was brought into to get it back on track. I aligned the resources properly across 5 functional teams with 75 people on the project team and it completed within a year.
Motors Oracle implementation 2008-2010 (remote)
- As part of Consumer and Industrial I managed several of the oracle module implementations.
Mobile App Team 2010-2012 (remote)
- Designed and implemented Mobile (iPad, iPhone, Droid) applications to aid the sales team, Deployed iPads to both retail and contract sales.

Redesign of Availability in Cnet legacy 2012-2013 (remote)
- Designed and implemented more of what our customers wanted to see for product and availability.
Redesigned GE Store for Oracle 2013-2016 (remote)
- Worked on the integrations team to map standard API's for all Order/Ship/Bill to use.
- Designed specific orchestrations in SOA for the GE Store. Such as the consumer process they still use today and the order process in AWS.
- Managed the implementation in an agile methodology.
Redesigned CustomerNet for Oracle 2017 -2022 (remote)
- The redesign went on while we were configuring Oracle for our retail and contract customers. We changed services as each requirement changed in EBS and created new integrations specific to our B2B business.
