Order pharmacy supplies and drugs on weekly basis and restock various areas of the pharmacy. Calculate and prepare IV antibiotics, pain management medication, chemotherapy, drugs, adult and baby TPN's while using aseptic technique. Deliver medications to patient floors and St. Jude Clinic. Restock and maintain pharmacy omnicell. Cover open shifts in outpatient chemotherapy clinic. Check for expired medications in the pharmacy and patient floors on a monthly basis. Perform monthly air and surface samples in the pharmacy clean room, ante room and chemotherapy room. Record results and take appropriate action. Answer phone calls from physicians and nurses. Train new coworkers. Precisely measure and combine ingredients to compound oral medications. Work primarily with pediatric patients.

Same job as listed above. Primary work was in the adult population of the hospital.
