I prepared and served food for hundreds of enlisted service members and at times inmates,i also worked as an admin clerk ensuring the meal cards were up to date and proper payment was received by service members who were required to pay. I also was a rations clerk whose sole job is to ensure the food is being properly dispensed and accounted for and also thawed and set aside for cooking and future consumption. The cleanliness and upkeep of the facility was also a constant requirement of all cooks and staff.
