- Register: taking orders in English and Spanish, explaining the menu, answering the phone, organizing cash and receipts, updating crew and cocks, preparing sauces and utensils, serving customers, making sandwiches, maintaining stocks, preparing pickup orders, and helping deliver orders.
- Cleaning: tables, floors, chairs, windows, walls, mirrors, toilets, freezers, fridges. Washing: trays, dishes, sheet pans.
- Kitchen: cutting and peeling vegetables, preparing salads, bottling and storing sauces, storing desserts, mixing drinks.
- Closing: sweeping and mopping floors, rolling carpets, flipping tables, and putting cutlery away. Organizing fridge: labeling, dating, and returning items to the fridge. Distributing tips, counting money, taking out trash, turning off lights, locking doors,
