  • The position offers a flexible work schedule, typically spanning five to six days per week. Supervisors are responsible for scheduling, inventory management, and ordering activities. Supervisors are also tasked with fostering a positive and productive work environment, ensuring compliance with cleaning and health department standards, and overseeing the front-of-house (FOH) staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders. Furthermore, the role entails maintaining proper loss prevention measures, including cash handling procedures, tip handling, and cash deposits. Supervisors are required to count the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift. All while prioritizing delivering exceptional guest experiences and adhering to the company’s “Steps of Service” guidelines.
