*Instructed employees on safe practices when working around conveyor lines, anchors and wooden pallets. *Delivered instructions on effectively stacking boxes onto pallets using patterns that guarantee the highest possible box count per pallet. I demonstrated various stacking designs on a flip board in the Receiving area and the visual aids are still available for reference.

*Dedicated the first day with new employees, providing continuous support and guidance. On the second day, I reviewed what was learned the pervious day and progressed further as the day unfolded. While interactions may decrease over time, I always remain available in the aisle to address any questions or provide assistance.

*Advocated for the implementation of semi-permanent floor labels in front of the pallets in each zone. This resolved the issue of temporary labels wearing off quickly. which had previously caused difficulties for associates in locating the correct pallets.

*Addressed a safety concern with stacked pallets positioned in a safety aisle in front of an exit. As a result, this practice was discontinued.

*Alerted team leads and supervisors to safety accidents and incidents, which led to a reduction in the number of drivers in the Receiving aisle. This helped ensure the safety of both personnel and drivers who share the same space.

*Informed my team leads and management about the challenges faced in sorting and transporting boxes to the assigned pallets. Management responded by providing coordinating wrist attachments for the RF guns, making the job easier for everyone involved.

*Stayed updated on changes in other departments to maintain a comprehensive understanding of the overall operations.

*Worked in the Lyle department suring Peak season , primarily engaging in picking and packing tasks. Thoroughly trained employees on job responsibilities of the expected standards of performance.

*Offered retraining to employees who demonstrated recurring issues or had a low level pf proficiency.

*I frequently have been asked to help employees who require additional time to adapt to their new job. In such cases I provide practical advice and encouragement to support their learning process. If they continue to struggle, I engage in a conversation with them to identify the specific aspects of the job that is causing difficulties and together we work toward finding solutions.

*Additionally, I actively work alongside the employees, demonstrating a strong work ethic and ensuring I am always accessible to address any concerns or provide guidance.
