Summary

After my husband and I married in 1984, we set off on a lifetime adventure both personal and professional . While raising a family of 4 children we started SWERP INC in 1988. As the business grew I helped him with the office activities and supervised the inside team he was building .I lived the ups and downs of developing a small business in the very challenging commercial and industrial sewer repair industry. My daily role in the business diminished as the demands of raising a family took priority but I remained aware of the state of the business .When my husband passed in 2019 I became the sole shareholder of SWERP INC. I took financial control of the company at that time but day to day operations remained in the hands of our daughter,who was actively involved in the business as our VP Administration and an extended family member who offered advice and mentoring. At the beginning of 2024 I reentered an active role and have been reacquainting myself with the current challenges and opportunities . I am excited about what the future holds for our company ! .
