I took inbound calls and made outbound calls for medication synchronization program. Make phones calls and take inbound calls for clinical maintenance review program. I would call patients to see if they were interested in going over their medications and health conditions to make sure their profile was up to date. I am currently taking calls for a clinical trial that the Little Clinic is currently doing for a vaccine for urinary tract infection. I ask the patient medical questions to see if they qualify, then I fax paper work over to corporate and they schedule appointment for patient. I call physician offices to get wound assessments for a medication called Santyl Ointment. I would get new prescription from provider for Santyl if we filled the prescription already and they needed more based on the wound size. I also call manufacture to get patient enrolled in copay card for Qulipta.
I did data entry, inventory, calling doctors to initiate prior authorizations, called doctors on questions on medications,called insurance for rejections, did weekly order and checked in order when we received our delivery of medications,rang customers up and took phone calls.
