• Developed and oversaw recurring training with respect to wildland, structural and urban firefighting practices and procedures. Proficiently stage and operate all pumps and equipment for the effective mitigation of structure and wildland fires.

Monitored all Far East Inter Theater flight operations from several command and control rooms. Initiated and managed disaster plans and emergency flight operations. Coordinated with and directed all base agencies/departments. Reviewed and revised disaster preparedness plans to higher headquarters. Prepared and preformed briefings to base commanders and numbered air force general staff. Multiple decorations and citations for exceptional performance in mobile command rooms during several emergency and wartime operations.
