Oversee a bed capacity of 334 units
541 adults and 562 children
• Supervise and coach to ensure high quality service delivery, including participating in monthly departmental meeting and schedule supervision.
• Ensure 100% of clients maintain access to client services (meals, laundry, toiletries, etc.,)
• Complete, review and ensure timely submissions of all internal and external reports.
• Knowledgeable of all Priorities 1, 2, & 3
.• Conduct audit of operational tasks including bed signing procedures, supply issuance, meal rosters, property storage, locker inspections, unit inspections, facility logbook, incident submissions etc.
• Arrange for coverage for unscheduled absences and other unexpected situations.
• Record and responds to incidents, clients’ issues, and complaints; perform crisis intervention procedures.
• Assist with intakes of new and returning clients and submit them for approval.
• Keep records of safety, fire, and building inspections.
• Monitor Residential Aides and assign task as necessary.
