I’ve spent the last 6 years participating in therapy for myself. I’ve gained extensive knowledge in coping skills, grounding techniques, journaling, and communication. Im very emotionally aware and have an empathetic and understanding personality. I’ve lead and participated in many group therapy sessions. I’ve homeschooled my son for the last 4 years and have taught classes amongst our homeschool co-op.
