I went into a new role almost a year ago.. My new role was ship failed moves… My job was find mistakes made by associates throughout the warehouse… Once I find the package I would have to make sure the associates puts the package in the correct location to ensure our customers are receiving their package on time and to the correct location…. I would also give the associate a coaching to make sure they are paying attention and understanding their scanner and placing packages exactly where they need to go. Being this was a very important role because it decrease the building percentage on missed sorts..
