My Responsibilities were answering the phones, assisting patients with their needs and entering them in the computer system, getting lunch & dinner tickets printing for trays to be sent to their rooms.

When I worked for Vanderbilt Medical Center a patient was having issues with her order every time she would call and put in a order they weren't correct so, I decided to take it upon myself and do everything myself. I took her order I went prepped her trays for her and I delivered them myself. I sincerely apologized for the confusion and if she needed anything else to feel free to let me know.
