Summary

Tiffany, a native of Asheville, North Carolina, joined Trinity partners in 2022 and currently assists with 1,400,000 SF of Trinity Partners’ Portfolio. She began her time with Trinity working on the Camp North End Project and currently divides her time between assets located in North Charlotte and Uptown. She is responsible for overseeing accounts receivable/collections, maintaining tenant/vendor relationships and coordination efforts, ensuring proper insurance compliance rates, and performing routine site inspections.

Prior to her work with Trinity Partners, in 2013, Tiffany earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Public Health from University of North Carolina at Charlotte and was CHES credentialed in Health Education. Tiffany also completed a full internship with Girls on the Run while at UNCC and continued to volunteer there for over two years. She has also volunteered for American Red Cross, Hands On Charlotte, and Ronald McDonald House, where she applied communication and interpersonal skills to educate and assist diverse populations.

She has Extensive experience in the Hospitality Industry and enjoys leveraging her customer service expertise and Public Health background to be of service to tenants, ensuring both satisfaction and safety, while simultaneously meeting the objectives of clients.

Outside of her time pursuing her career with Trinity Partners, Tiffany spends her time with her husband and 5-year-old son, and they enjoy various outdoors activities, and all that Charlotte has to offer. Her remaining spare time is devoted to her hobby of caring for her orchid collection.
