Ensure all codes and facility requirements by Federal, state and local entities are completed and up to date. Facility Maintenance Director over 160 room Hotel, 140 room Inn and 7000sf Convention center, 2 water parks and grounds .. Managed preventive maintenance, renovations and repairs on all 3 facilities.
