I believe in my teams and their knowledge. If you work with a group of people 1/3rd of your life you ought to know them and them know you. Too many times I see managers micro manage and not know anything about their team. That is important to me. I am a very honest, trustworthy person who contributes all I can and give it my all in what I have tasked in front of me. I am not afraid of challenges or change. I believe we need to use our God given tool, our brains, to be in the moment where AI is taking the human element out of a lot. AI is great but used wisely like any other tools we have.
