Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters across corporate and field employees
▪ Investigate employee complaints, concerns, and workplace issues in a timely and impartial manner
▪ Partner with managers and supervisors to address performance concerns, conduct coaching conversations, and implement corrective actions
▪ Interpret and apply company policies, procedures, and employment laws to ensure consistent and compliant practices.
▪ Provide guidance to leaders on employee engagement, conflict resolution, and workplace best practices
▪ Support disciplinary processes, including written warnings, final notices, and terminations.
▪ Conduct exit interviews and identify opportunities to improve retention and employee experiences
▪ Support organizational change initiatives, restructures, and workforce communications.
▪ Reduced employee relations escalations through proactive coaching and early intervention.
▪ Assist the Benefits department with all employee separations
▪ Complete and attend unemployment hearings.
▪ Represent the company at hearings with the Labor Commissioner’s Office.
