To Whom it May Concern: My name is Tim Eredics, and I’m excited to share my interest in the Sales Associate position. I bring over fourteen years of experience with the Kroger Company, nine years with the Lucas County Board of Elections, more than three years with Lowe’s Home Improvement, and additional time with Meijer and other retail organizations. At Kroger, I spent most of my fourteen years in Front End leadership roles like Floor Supervisor and Office Staff, and in September 2018, I was promoted to Store E-Commerce Manager, where I ran daily operations for the online pickup department. In that role, I managed a team of over forty associates, led training for multiple stores, and kept a perfect attendance record, all while fostering a positive, supportive environment for both customers and coworkers. My performance and dependability earned me extra responsibilities, including serving as Manager on Duty. I’ve trained many associates on company standards and am known for being reliable, efficient, and committed to quality. Beyond retail, I work with the Lucas County Board of Elections as a Voting Location Manager and Booth Official during election seasons, overseeing operations in line with Ohio Secretary of State guidelines and handling recruitment and training of election workers. I also have management experience at Stop and Go, along with leadership roles at Lowe’s, where I’m currently a Front-End Supervisor. Since October 2025, I’ve worked part-time at Meijer as a Pickup Clerk, and as of August 2026, I’ve been serving as Service Lead of the Front-End Department. With my strong customer service skills, leadership background, and dedication to high standards, I believe I’d be a great fit for the Inside Sales Representative role.
