I hired on with DaVita Dialysis Corporation on January the 8th 2024 to train and become certified as a Patient Care Technician. After a short time of training and working on the floor with actual dialysis patients, I realized very quickly this was Not a position for me. The company itself was OK, but the patients receiving services barely knew what was going on the majority of time, and overall it was just a terrible experience for myself. By the end of January I decided to speak to the Director and give notice as to not waste their time or mine and left on amicable terms with the company and was happy to have the experience.
