The Air Force Service Center Personnel Technician will respond to and provide timely, professional, accurate, and adequate responses to telephone calls, e-mails, and webchats. Document each case as prescribed on a full spectrum of military and civilian personnel inquiries. Process all DD Form 214s for military service members separating and retiring from the Air Force to include tracking, researching, collecting documentation, typing, certifying and mailing DD Form 214s. .

• Under general supervision identifies, interviews and researches defendants eligible for release on Electronic Monitoring(ELM)/Global Positioning System (GPS), Substance Abuse treatment, and/or Mental Health utilizing Criminal Justice Information System, National Criminal Information System and Texas Criminal Information System

• Serve as a role model to youth and assist them in developing coping, social and life skills while providing guidance and support through daily interaction, and promote positive outcomes for youth by providing opportunities, fostering positive relationships and furnishing the support needed to building on leadership strengths

• Assist Senior Staff as needed
• Examples: Passing on messages, acting as a courier carrying important papers, etc
• Filing, answering telephones, and other clerical duties as well as sending inmates to court, setting up inmates initial paperwork, and conducting inmate phone interviews

• Shadows Investigators as they perform their duties
• Make Collateral Witness calls
• Type up Collateral Reports

• Responsible for supporting client's Infrastructure Outsourcing Service Desk organization by receiving and responding to Level 1 customer problems, issues and requests, per client Service Level Agreement
• Resource will ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow up of all incidents presented
• Resource will combine demonstrated technical qualities with exceptional customer service in daily responsibilities
