Timothy Wendorff

I worked for Tommy's as the General Manager for 4 years at the number 1 site in all of Tommy's footprint. I built that site from brand new into what it is today, Over 8,000 Members and a average wash rate of 1200 cars a day. I averaged about 15 employees at a time, mentoring higher up in the Tommy's footprint with 3 becoming GM's and 2 becoming Maintenance managers. As of today the site I ran is the only Tommy's site ever to hit the 5 Million earned in a year mark. I have won every competition that Tommy's has put out from gift cards sales to member growth my site was always hungry to look the best. I created countless spreadsheets and workflows for the company to make the job easier and create more organization in the work week as well the company itself. EBITA has consistently been at a 58% or higher. I've also worked with investors to help understand what this business is and the upside trajectory it is on and where it could be in the future.
