Since the mid 90's I have worked in customer service based jobs. I have worked as a cashier which allowed me to build my customer service skills. I've also worked in the food service industry. Customers are usually more staunch about their food then most things. I have learned to handle customer complaints as well as handle corporate office requests. I've dealt with inventory counts in food service and retail convenient stores.
