- Assisted the Head Golf Professional and Director of Golf with daily golf operations including daily golf shop operations, tee sheet management, tournament setup and execution, merchandising, locker room management, etc.
- Acted as the Oldfield Women’s Golf Association liaison (Feb. 2022-present) running all of the ladies club events and weekly Ladies Days. This responsibility entails working with the OWGA Board to provide top notch experiences in all ladies golf events including weekly events, themed tournaments, major events and exchange days with other local golf clubs.
- Aided the Director of Instruction in running numerous programs for members of all ages and skill levels including Operation 36, PGA Junior League, member instruction clinics, junior elites program and junior camps.

Through this experience I managed: checking in guests and members for their golf tee times, properly charging member accounts, credit cards, or room cards respectively through ResortSuite POS System, made sure the merchandise looked presentable, oversaw reconciliation of cash and sales summary each night, etc.
- Along with my duties in the golf shop, I acted as a professional to oversee multiple corporate golf groups visiting the resort. Through this experience, I gained more comfort in utilizing Golf Genius and working with guests to exceed their golfing expectations. I assisted corporate golf groups in setting up tee times, and tournaments as well as printing out important itinerary information.

- During my internship at Innisbrook Resort, I learned a variety of tasks pertinent to a high-end golf resort. I worked with the outside staff focusing on providing top level customer service to all guests and members of the resort. My specific outside service tasks included: greeting/welcoming guests and members, making sure golf bags arrived to the proper golf courses, oversaw organization of the golf cart fleet during large tournaments etc.
- During the summer, I was an assistant instructor for weekly junior camps provided through the resort and for the Innisbrook PGA Junior League. For the weekly junior camps, I assisted in the organization of golf activities to provide a safe and fun environment for the juniors to learn about golf.

- For my first PGM internship, I provided exceptional customer service throughout many outside operation duties. These duties included: assisting members arriving at the bag drop area, caring for and maintaining the golf cart fleet, staging golf carts for daily play and tournaments, overseeing the range operations and making sure golfers are on the tee at their designated tee time.
- Along with completing daily outside operations, I also assisted in junior instruction both in weekly junior camps and the PGA Junior League. I was involved in providing a safe and fun environment for all of the juniors as well as improving their overall golf knowledge and skills.
