As a tollway customer service call taker, I helped customer with their Illinois tollway accounts and other tollway matters (e.g. invoices). As a escalation clerk, I processed checks, credit cards, returned mails (i.e. Return to sender) and transponders. I also sorted mail in order for the other escalation clerks to do start their job.
