Absorb acquired three LMS companies (eLogic Learning, ePath and Torch) within 6 months period. This was their first acquisition, so there wasn’t established process in place when I was onboarded.
Managed clients through migration as Project Manager, integration specialists and overall training support
Managed team of 5 Migration Specialists.
Managed multiple client migrations at once.
250 clients were part of acquisition project. Successfully migrated half of these clients within 6 months and other half within year.
Established scope and managed clients to ensure desired timeline.
This was during pandemic, so clients were short staffed and had tight budget. This migration caused extra stress and extra work.
Responsible for exporting, formatting and importing data from old LMS to new LMS. Providing quality assurance.
Mastered new complex programs that assisted with mapping and translation of data from eLogic, Torch and ePath data models to Absorb’s.
