Overall since 2001 I have come a long way and learned alot. I'm very good with customers and performing simple to complex tasks. I am able to lead crews to get jobs completed, I know the standards in getting my job done and beleive in being thorough with my work as well as working with customers, IT departments, and networking groups to ensure all work is up to their standards as well. I'm looking for a company that I can help with my skill set and grow with the company and preferably retire with.

Given full access to secure job areas such as network closets and various other key doors to get jobs completed. Work closely with IT and network personnel to get switches and other equipment up and working. Installed monitor arms, monitors, terminals, phones, and other equipment on desk and in offices for users. Generally worked alone, test all cables equipment for customers. And this would include changing IPs on printers and imaging terminals on site for customers. Would fill out all time and notes on completed work orders and get them ready for billing. Also worked on boom lifts and scissor lifts in warehouse type locations to get jobs completed.
