• Responsibilities included daily scheduling of several technicians along with procurement of parts to ensure technicians have the necessary parts for service. This position also required checking daily and weekly reports to ensure installation projects are on time and in budget.
• Other responsibilities include acquiring city permits and inspections as required by local municipality codes. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for projects to ensure completion is on time and to the customer specifications. Attend weekly meetings with the Vice President of the company to discuss the progress of installations and any service issues.

• Responsibilities included communication with the customer, vendors, field supervision of several KSS employees, subcontractors, and on site coordination between other trades and the Sr. Project Manager. Documentation of system setup, as-builds and closeout documents. Responsible for system programming of various equipment including, DMP and Bosch intrusion systems, as well as, DMP, S2 and Genetec access control systems. Programmed S2 and Mile Stone IP based video systems also. System integration of Commend and Aiphone intercom systems. Programmed all systems installed to customer specifications and provided customer training.

• Client Liaison, System Configuration Specialist specializing in Hirsh Electronics, DSX Access Control systems, IP based Exaq Vision video surveillance systems and Bosch intrusion systems. Coordinate work schedule of installation and service. Service, repair and installation of a single access control system with one camera to Enterprise level with IP based video in excess of 30 plus access control areas and video points. Provided end user training and support.

• Senior System Configuration Technician for Northern Computers (Honeywell) Card Access Control Systems, Geovision IP based video systems and Rapideye video systems. My job involved all phases of operations from parts acquisitions to filing for city permits as well as System Programming to customer specifications. Handled various size projects, large and small, including pre-existing and new construction, with as built prints (end to end). My job involved project management in that I handled all phases, from pre-wire, parts acquisition, labor management liaison, while coordinating with vendors and general contractors. I was also responsible for scheduling service and installation technicians.
