Prepare and serve a variety of hot/cold beverages including espresso, lattes, cold brew, teas, specialty drinks, & Martinis. Process payments efficiently using POS system, increase store revenue through upselling pastries and drinks while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Adhering to strict food safety and health department regulations.

• Deliver and collect mail along assigned routes on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Must use a personal vehicle or one provided by the post office.
• Sell stamps, money orders, and other postal products to customers along the route.
• Answer questions, help customers sign for packages, and provide change-of-address cards and other postal forms.
• Work on-call to replace regular carriers when they are off, on vacation, or on other leave.
• Work hours vary by office and route.

• Wash, dry and press incoming dirty laundry from the day-to-day operations.
• Operates machinery such as washing equipment, RFID scanning equipment, washing machines, dryers, presses, automated conveyor system.
• Uniform Laundry software and iron/steam equipment.
• Fold and/or hang each garment to be ready for guest use.
• Scans, quality checks clothes after being washed from laundry services.
• Sorts items to the appropriate conveyor slot.
• Operates a computerized garment tracking system daily.
• Clean dryer filters, washers filters, presses, steam filters, sweep, dust, empty trash at the end of the shift.
• Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Upon opening for my shift, I would inspect the cart and make sure everything was cleaned and sanitized.
• Sign off on all paperwork in the HACCAP book noting the area was inspected.(Wastewater emptied, document freezer temps, no food near chemicals, cleanliness)
• Prepare and make cotton candy, clean the hotshot fryer and change oil weekly as scheduled.
• Prepare batter to make funnel cakes.
• Upon completing those items be sure to turn on the fryer at least 30 minutes prior to opening for my shift.

• Issue banks to bartenders and other outlet cashiers, count and verify the returned funds to make sure that the bank balances to the impressed totals they were issued, reset their sales totals, so they start with zero sales for the next shift.
