Working at the Dekalb County Sheriff's Office i was able to gain a lot of experience. I'm a motivated individual with strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities. I'm reliable, I can adapt in any environment, and have a proactive approach to new challenges. Eager to support team initiatives and contribute positively to workplace success.

With almost two years of experience in law enforcement, i am confident in my work ethic. I am very detailed and efficient, with any task i am asked to complete. I worked long-term on specialized mental health housing units, supporting inmates with acute and chronic mental health conditions. I also worked the Kitchen detail for 9 months. I supervised inmate workers during kitchen operations, ensuring adherence to safety and facility procedures. I monitored food preparation and distribution to ensure compliance with sanitation and nutritional standards.

Furthermore, my first 5 months of working at the Dekalb County Sheriff's Office i received employee of the month. A year later, switching teams, i was nominated for employee of the month again.

I have developed key communication and conflict resolution skills in high-security environment, looking to transition into new field. Excel in maintaining safety and order while effectively managing challenging situations. Seeking opportunity to leverage these skills in different professional setting.
