Project Management

I led continuous improvement projects both as Program Manager and Project Manager for all critical manufacturing areas under my supervision. These areas are Plastics / Injection Mold, Hold Down, and Auto-Ties Production Cells. The team included production associates, maintenance techs, manufacturing engineers, and QC engineers.

The scope of each project was to document and track all critical actions and improvements needed to increase productivity and improve quality while mitigating downtime for repairs, changeovers, etc.
