Pulled referrals from the hospital data bases and fax que, completed the data entry in the computer, collaborated with hospital case managers, doctor offices and Optum liaisons to bring patients on service, communicated with referral sources on a ongoing basis when needed quoting them patients benefits for services needed, worked with nursing to staff the initial start of care, worked with the pharmacists to assure we had all the correct orders for patients therapy, screened patients and went over benefits, collected copays and coinsurance's, typed up all consents forms, and set up the initial deliveries
