Goals and Attitude! Hey There! My name is Tre'Myiah Shantel Mosley. I am 21 years old. I am a single and full time mother to an amazing 6 year old son of mines. I currently live in Memphis, TN. I graduated from Overton High School in 2021. I am a full-time worker and mom. I worked 40 plus hours a week.I worked remotely for a company called Sutherland Global Logistics, but I recently resigned June 6, 2024 due to the temporary position I was hired for. I also worked remotely as a Customer Service Representative for another company called Life Line Screening. I also was a professional Inbound Sales Representative for Memphis Fire Fighters Association, with 2 years of experiencing and connecting with customers and building mutually beneficial relationships. Technically knowledgeable Technical Support representative and also past Sales Representative. I have 2 years of experience from Sutherland Global, providing essential technical support to customers, accompanied by a proven track record of excellence, meeting metrics and keeping tracks, cases and records of troubleshooting steps and superb customer service skills with proven methods to drive sales solutions that exceeded expectations and generated strong margins. As a worker for any company, I have a great attitude and very mature mindset. I come to my every scheduled work day, on-time and with a positive attitude and focused mindset. I work well & cooperate with other coworkers, peers and customers respectfully. I get alot of excellent feedback from customers and associates. I'm a fast learner and abide by all workforce rules. I am driven and ready to start working full-time preferably, with an amazing company that would love to see my effort.
