• Medically clear patients prior to treatments to determine client candidacy
• Conduct cosmetic consultations, develop personalized treatment plans, recommend skincare services to optimize client goals and promote product sales
• Counsels patients on treatment mechanisms, risks versus benefits, and realistic expectation of treatment outcomes with a focus on patient understanding and transparency in the treatment plan to improve post care compliance and overall treatment outcomes
• Reviews and signs patient medical charts
• Provides prescriptions as needed for patients (e.g., prophylactic doses or post procedure medical necessity)
• Evaluates, diagnoses and treats patients with adverse reactions or treatment complications as needed
• Assists the Medical Director and maintains contact as appropriate and necessary to practice needs

Sole provider of medical aesthetic services; performs various neuromodulator and dermal filler injections on patients providing the highest level of patient safety, comfort and satisfaction. Serves as chief nurse/store manager in anti-aging and regenerative medicine business. Oversee and manage daily operations of Vessel Longevity + IV Bar ATX, which includes:

• Promote and execute company’s client care plan by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of the clinical area (floor)
• Serves as in-store expert on all products and services including BioTe Hormone Replacement Therapy
• Provide consultations to potential and current clients regarding anti-aging and regenerative medicine services tailored to meet the individual's needs
• Maintain nursing operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
• Maintain nursing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training nurses and auxiliary staff
• Maintain nursing supplies inventory by studying usage reports; identifying trends; and anticipating needed supplies
• Protect clients and employees by developing and interpreting infection-control policies and protocols

Establish high-quality standards that incorporates a boutique plastic surgery practice. Develop individualized care plans based on each patient’s condition while initiating patient education to ensure both patients and families are educated on procedures, medications, and post care for optimal healing. Manage post-surgery complications while assuming leadership in post-anesthesia care.
