Help assist manager with Executing all Events inside of Ballrooms, Gather Banquet event orders to prepare for all events setups, Run Banquet Checks tickets inside of pebbles system. Assist with outside staffing from beginning to ending of events. Make sure All Food and paper goods are ordered for upcoming events. Work along with the Banquet chef to ensure that food is on buffet lines are plated events in timely manner, Work first hand with our clients as they move in and out of their events.
