• Client Communication: Serve as an additional point of contact for clients throughout the listing process, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring a seamless experience.
• Documentation & Compliance Management: Prepare, review, and manage all listing-related documentation, including contracts, disclosures, and marketing materials. Also, handle all contract to close responsibilities on all team contracts from execution to closing.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with real estate agents, administrative staff, and other team members to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.
