I worked at the host stand to insure flush and fast seating experience while providing my upmost care for customer support! i wanted people to feel at home and welcome while helping them find there way to the table i communicated and answered any and all questions they made of had on the way to the table! but most of all making sure they had a amazing time while they were at Board walk billys!

I worked towards making sure people had a smooth experience while coming into the mini golf area i answered and helped them find there way around insuring that they knew what they were doing insuring the upmost fun! i also helped sell drinks insuring to id every person to ask for a drink insuring that we had a flush secure system while dealing with alcoholic beverages! While people had questions they also had problems i worked to help and secure the problems at hand knowing if the bathrooms needed attention or someone needed help in the courses! I made sure that everyone knew the rules and knew what to do and what not to do! aswell as explaining the courses and making sure they can navigate !

While working at blue drum water front i made sure to be fast and efficient with the job at hand i made sure that the bars were stocked with liquor, beer , wine , glasses and ice! I made sure that everything that i was doing was clean as well, while remaining clean i made sure that everything was attended to in a timely manner knowing that sometimes we had people that did not show up i had to step up in there place and make sure that everything got done! At the end of the night i made sure that all the tables were clean and wiped off! as well as all the trash taken too the dumpster! i also made sure if mopping was needed i attended to those needs as well ! on top of that i made sure everything was good for the next morning for when the next 1barbacks came in so it would become a likeable work envierment for everyone included in making blue drum a amazing place to enjoy your supper at!
